This beautiful waterfront vacation home with 4 bedrooms, 3 Baths is located on the  Indian River Bay in Ocean View Delaware, just minutes from Bethany Beach DE. Located in the Bethany Bay Resort Community, this waterfront, top floor, end unit, not only has unique privacy from other units, but the best views in the community. There are breathtaking views from the decks and windows of sunsets and sunrises as the sky and waters turn every color of the rainbow. The Indian River Inlet Bridge shines blue at night along with lights of white, green, and red from boats coming back in from a day on the Ocean and surrounding waters. The area is teaming with marine birds and other wildlife and at times, large groups of dolphins get very close to the mouth of our inlet. The activity on the community pier and inlet below the condo is fun to watch from our deck as the children go fishing and catch crabs from the pier at our private docking area and accompany their parents on boats to the river and through the inlet to the Atlantic Ocean. Watching people on the Indian River as they paddle and ski and pull children and the young at heart on rafts behind boats is a real pleasure.

The home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, with eat in kitchen, dining area with a huge table that seats 10, and a pleasant living space. A spiral staircase leads you to the 2nd floor which offers 2 additional bedrooms and a 3rd full bath. Only 4.5 miles from the Bethany Beach Totem pole and the Atlantic Ocean.

We have been coming to this community for 20 years with our family. We have taken all of the pictures that appear on this site and they represent years of adventures at the condo and surrounding areas. We hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we love being here. Summer Season is from Saturday to Saturday. The rental charge is $2000 per wk. plus $225 for cleaning after you check out, plus a $250 refundable deposit after inspection. You can check in at 3:00 PM and check out 10:30 AM. In the Condo, I have left instructions for the operation of everything, including how to turn the water on when you arrive and off again at the end of your stay. Also, I have noted our favorite places to dine and visit, ways to go around traffic, and parking tips.
